Can I buy labels on account?

     

    Fastway operates on a prepaid label system only. By not offering our services on account helps us to keep our costs down and ensures that our customers get the best courier rates possible.

     

    Why are your labels prepaid?

       

      Prepaid labels enable customers to make savings on their usual freight costs, as well as providing a simple system free of any extra paperwork or add on charges.

      Fastway's services are targeted towards small and medium sized businesses who need predictability of freight costs combined with reliable service. Fastway’s courier services are organised on a cycle basis as opposed to urgent or point to point services and are perfect for customers who need their goods delivered promptly but not urgently.

       

      Can I buy labels online?

         

        We're currently developing an eCommerce platform for customers to purchase Fastway labels online. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting initiative. Until then, it's best to contact your Fastway Courier or local depot for assistance.

         

        What payment methods do you accept?

           

          We accept payment by cheque or bank deposit. Some locations may also accept credit card payments. We recommend contacting your local Fastway Courier or Fastway depot to confirm their preferred payment method.

           

          I'm a high-volume sender. Do I have to use the manual label system?

             

            For customers who have a medium to high freight volume, Fastway is able to offer its own electronic labelling solution, allowing our customers to focus on their core business, and their customers, not just their freight.

            Fast Label is our custom web-based label printing solution. This application not only has the ability to print delivery address labels but also automatically calculates the appropriate prepaid label required to send the parcel to its destination.

            This application can be interfaced directly into most pick and pack / accounting systems, significantly reducing dispatch labour requirements. It can also provide a veriety of reports which can assist you in monitoring your freight costs.

            What's your label refund policy?

               

              Unfortunately, Fastway labels are non-transferable and non-refundable. For further information, please refer to our Conditions of Carriage.

               

              Can I use Fastway labels in any location you operate?

                 

                Unfortunately not. Fastway is a franchise system and our label numbers have been allocated to specific locations. For this reason, labels purchased from one location are not transferable between businesses or locations. Pricing may also vary from region to region.

                In which locations do you operate?

                  In Australia, Fastway has a presence in all states and territories, except NT.

                  We have Fastway depots in the following locations; Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Albury, Bendigo, Melbourne, Geelong, Launceston, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth.

                  The Fastway Couriers brand also operates in select locations around the world, including New Zealand, Ireland, Northern Ireland and South Africa.

                   

                  Can I send internationally?

                     

                    Fastway prides itself on being a domestic courier specialist. We provide metropolitan, shorthaul and national freight distribution in key locations around Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer an international freight service.

                    How do I make a claim for a damaged or missing parcel?

                       

                      Enter your Fastway label number into our online parcel tracker and then select online enquiry. We kindly ask that you complete the information in full and a member of our friendly team will investigate your claim as quickly as possible.

                       

                      Can you send me further information on your franchise opportunities?

                         

                        Fastway currently has a small number of regional and courier franchises available. For further information, simply visit the franchising section of our website and complete the enquiry form.

                         

                        Can I have a copy of your logo?

                           

                          At Fastway, we review all logo requests on an individual, case by case basis. To request the use of our logo, please contact the Franchise Support Office, clearly outlining your request and file format requirements.
